Hey chocolate buddies!

So I was asked by a blogger to create an easy and healthy vegan recipe for the sweet teeth among us. There it is:

1 banana

1 vegan coconut yoghurt (or any other) of 100 (use the same pot for the other ingredients)

2.5 pots almond flour

2 pots oats (gluten-free if needed)

6 dark chocolate (85%) squares

Opt: 1 pinch vanilla, 1 tsp orange blossom water


Preheat the oven at 150°C

Break the chocolate in small pieces and put in a oven-resistant bowl to melt in the oven.

Mix everything in a food processor (otherwise, smash the banana with a fork and combine with the rest). Put the dough in muffin tins (silicone is the easiest way) and bake for 15-20 min.

Opt: you can put a piece of chocolate or some nut butter in the middle of a muffin before covering evenly. Sprinkle some almond flakes on top to decorate.
Once baked, remove the cakes from the tin and let them cool on a rack.
