For these nutritious lentil wraps, blend:
* 125g soaked red lentils
* 200g water
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp clean veggie stock
* 1 tsp anti-bloat spices (whole cumin, fennel, coriander seeds)

Add wok veggies (I fried carrots and zucchini with tamari and paprika powder) or roasted fall veggies, dressing (tahin-buckwheat here), mint or greens.
